1. 接受条款 / Acceptance of Terms

欢迎访问 TongShiGo（以下简称"我们"或"本平台"）。通过访问或使用本网站，您同意遵守并受本服务条款的约束。如果您不同意这些条款，请勿使用我们的服务。

Welcome to TongShiGo ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. 账户注册 / Account Registration

为了使用本平台的某些功能，您必须注册一个账户。您同意提供准确、完整的信息，并及时更新。您应对您账户下的所有活动负责，并妥善保管您的密码。

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

3. 家长责任与儿童使用 / Parental Responsibility & Children's Use

TongShiGo 面向 9-17 岁青少年，但由家长注册和管理账户：

  • 家长对孩子的使用行为承担全部责任。
  • 13 岁以下儿童需在家长直接监督下使用本服务。
  • 家长可以在家长中心管理孩子档案，并可随时请求访问、更正或删除相关个人数据。
  • 创建儿童档案即表示家长同意我们根据隐私政策收集和处理儿童的必要学习数据。

TongShiGo is designed for ages 9-17, but accounts are registered and managed by parents:

  • Parents assume full responsibility for their child's use.
  • Children under 13 must use the service under direct parental supervision.
  • Parents can manage child profiles in the Parent Center and may request access to, correction of, or deletion of related personal data at any time.
  • Creating a child profile constitutes parental consent for data collection per our Privacy Policy.

4. 使用规则 / User Conduct

您同意不从事以下行为：

  • 违反任何适用的法律或法规。
  • 侵犯他人的知识产权或其他权利。
  • 传播有害、威胁、辱骂、骚扰、诽谤或令人反感的内容。
  • 试图干扰或破坏本平台的安全或正常运行。
  • 使用自动化工具批量抓取或下载平台内容。

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of others.
  • Transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable.
  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download platform content.

5. 服务订阅与付款 / Subscription Services & Payment

本平台提供订阅服务，包含以下条款：

  • 订阅费用将按照您选择的计费周期（月度或年度）通过 Stripe 自动扣除。
  • 所有价格以付款时显示的币种和金额为准。
  • 订阅自动续费，除非您在当前计费周期结束前取消。
  • 您可以随时通过订阅管理页面取消自动续费。

The platform offers subscription services with the following terms:

  • Subscription fees are automatically charged via Stripe per your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  • All prices are shown in the currency and amount displayed at checkout.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the current billing period ends.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the subscription management page.

6. 退款政策 / Refund Policy

  • 免费试用期内取消不产生任何费用。
  • 付费订阅取消后，已付费周期内的服务将继续至到期日。
  • 如因技术故障导致服务不可用超过 72 小时，您可以申请按比例退款。
  • 退款请求请发送至 info@tongshigo.com，我们将在 7 个工作日内处理。
  • Cancellation during a free trial incurs no charges.
  • After cancellation, paid service continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • If technical issues cause service unavailability for more than 72 hours, you may request a pro-rata refund.
  • Refund requests should be sent to info@tongshigo.com — processed within 7 business days.

7. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

本平台上的所有内容（包括但不限于音频、文本、图形、Logo）归 TongShiGo 所有，受版权法保护。未经明确许可，您不得复制、分发或创建衍生作品。

All content on the platform (including but not limited to audio, text, graphics, logos) is owned by TongShiGo and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

8. 免责声明 / Disclaimer

本服务按"原样"提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证服务不会中断或没有错误。TongShiGo 提供的教育内容仅供参考，不构成专业教育建议。

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Educational content provided by TongShiGo is for reference only and does not constitute professional educational advice.

9. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，TongShiGo 对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TongShiGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. 争议解决 / Dispute Resolution

因本条款引起的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。如协商未果：

  • 中国大陆用户：适用中华人民共和国法律，争议提交深圳国际仲裁院仲裁。
  • 海外用户：适用美国加利福尼亚州法律，争议通过具有约束力的仲裁解决。

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved:

  • Users in Mainland China: Governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes submitted to SCIA (Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration).
  • International users: Governed by the laws of the State of California, USA; disputes resolved through binding arbitration.

11. 条款变更 / Changes to Terms

我们保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。重大变更将通过网站公告或邮件通知。变更生效后继续使用服务即表示您接受修改后的条款。

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via site announcement or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
